Cancellation and repayment

Cancellations and changes will have to be notified in writing. The Organization Secretariat can’t accept registrations, bookings, changes and/or cancellations by telephone.

Cancellation requests received will be treated as follows:

If arrived within Sept 24th 2010 the 50% of the fee paid will be withhold

If arrived after that date there will be no repayment.

Registration fees paid for the tours that won’t take place for not reaching the necessary number of participants will be repaid at the registration desk during the Institute days

  • Genoa guided walking tour (whole day): minimum participants’ n. 25 (lunch in a typical restaurant + boat tour of the port)

  • Listed social tours will be activated when reaching the minimum number of participants indicated; if there won’t be enough people, a communication will be sent to the other participants and alternatives will be suggested.
