    • To be considered valid, the form ha sto be completely filled in.
    • At the end of the registration process, it will be possible to print a summary of the inserted data .
    • A confirmation message will be sent automatically to the e-mail address indicated.
    • DEADLINE FOR ON-LINE REGISTRATION: 3/10/2010
    • At the end of the registration to the Institute procedures, it will be possible to book the scheduled social events for accompanying person/s.
    • Cancellation and repayment

    Cancellations and changes will have to be sent in writing. The Organization Secretariat can’t accept in any case registrations, bookings, changes and/or cancellations by phone.
    Cancellation requests will be treated as follows:

    • If arrived within Sept 24th 2010 the 50% of the fee paid will be withhold
    • If arrived after that date there will be no repayment.

S.r.l. will not take on any responsibility for accidents, decease, illness, theft or losses to which the participants may be exposed to during their journey or during their stay at the congress. Participants who want to have an insurance cover will have to do it on their own. Fondazione Centro di Solidarietà Bianca Costa Bozzo ONLUS and Top Congress – P.R. S.r.l. will not be responsible for the damages caused or for the situations out of their control, such as war, panic, mobilisation, riots, strikes, fire, flooding, acts of sabotage / terrorism or other similar events which would prevent the normal course or even the realisation of the congress. IN THESE CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
